We appreciate all those who give their time to this wonderful racing event. Volunteers play an integral part in the success of any road race event and the FM Half Marathon Weekend is no different.
You will have a great time helping other people reach their goals and you will be inspired! Thank you very much - we couldn't do it without you!

REGISTRATION (Friday, Oct. 9 - 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm)
Assist with race registrations for those who want to participate in the fun and excitment of running in this great fall race event..
PACKET DISTRIBUTION (Friday, Oct. 9 - 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm)
Be part of the anticipation and excitement as you assist with handing out packets and t-shirts to race participants.
COURSE SET-UP AND TEAR DOWN (Sat., Oct. 10 - 6-8 am, 11 am - 12 pm)
This critical early morning crew will make sure that mile markers and aid station supplies are in place so that the runners don't miss a step during their event.
ANYWHERE AS NEEDED
Expo and race day are both full of excitement and there is a lot of varied activity. Be available to help out wherever extra volunteers are needed.
FINISH LINE MEDALS AND FOOD (Saturday, Oct. 10 - 8:00 am - 12:00 pm)
Be part of the finish line celebration! Reward the race participants by giving them their hard earned medal, hand the participants bottled water or assist with the post-race food line.
INFORMATION BOOTH (Friday, Oct. 9 - 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm)
Are you a person in the know? We need your assistance to greet people, provide information and answer questions for race participants both on expo day and the day of the race to help make their race experience a great one.
COURSE SAFETY (Saturday, Oct. 10 - 7:30 am - 11:30 am)
Ensuring that the runners are not interrupted by vehicles or pedestrians is a GREAT spot for you. You are down in the trenches with the runners and being the encouragement they need to get through the race!
